Ken Linger, Chief Technology Officer

Ken has over 20 years working in call centers and servicing Fortune 100 companies. As a technology leader, he developed Voice Over IP solutions as early as 2001 and has been involved in cloud infrastructure design and implementation since 2011. He has also orchestrated PCI certification for several companies and designed high availability/high security solutions in multiple vertical markets. Ken is both a Certified Amazon Solutions Architect-Associate as well as a Microsoft Certified System Engineer. Ken was born and raised in New Jersey. After attending Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN for Computer Science and graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree from Colorado Technical University. After college, he worked in Indiana for Bank One for several years. Relocating to Arizona, he began a lengthy career running technology for call centers as a Senior VP of Technology. Ken has been married to Laura for 19 years and the two have traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia.
